2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz shows at the Geneva Motor Show expected A-Class model year, the concept of which we have repeatedly shown in the past year. The five-door hatchback made in a completely new for the A-class company form, with a sporty design inside and out, and a wide range of efficient petrol and diesel engines under the hood.
C release of the new A-Class, 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz takes on the form of a compact minivan, which we have seen in previous generations, and for the model year, produces more than a sports car with an attractive design and a traditional hatchback.
Lowered front part of the hood of the new the 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz A-the Class , the acute angle of the windshield and stylish edge on both side doors directed towards the rear lights, give the profile of the car a dynamic and modern look. The lighting model uses LED technology for integrated daytime running lights and taillights.
The dimensions of the new A-Class 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz of up to 4292 mm long in a width of 1 780 mm and a height of 1,433 millimeters. Buyers of the new hatchback is given a choice of three petrol and three diesel engines. Petrol power units of the new A-Class from 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz – four-cylinder engines, of 1.6 and 2.0 liters.
- A 180 – version with an engine capacity of 1.6 liters and output of 121 horsepower;
- A 200 – a model with a 1.6-liter power unit developing 154 horsepower;
- A 250 – the top-end version with a 2.0-litrvoym engine and 208 horsepower capacity.
The range of diesel powertrains of the new 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz A-Class model year includes a 4-cylinder, fuel-efficient engines with decent performance metrics.
- A 180 CDI – the easiest and cost-effective version of the 1.8-liter 108-horsepower engine develops maximum torque of 250 Nm;
- A 200 CDI – a modification based on the same block as model A 180 CDI, but with a 134-horsepower engine with a maximum torque of 300 Newton meters;
- A 220 CDI – top-end version with a 2.2-liter turbodiesel, which produces an impressive 168 horsepower with a torque of 350 Newton meters.
All motors 2018-2019 Mercedes A-Class as standard equipped with an engine start / stop control system, which helps to bring fuel efficiency to a new level, and the transfer of torque to the front wheels occurs either through a new manual transmission offered as standard or through fast automatic transmission 7G-DCT with dual-clutch.
From assistance and safety systems, 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz offers the new A-Class a complete package of smart electronics, including the Stability and tracking system for the movement in its lane. Infotainment capabilities A-Class also little limited and even allow you to integrate into your Apple iPhone system management functions, and to exchange information.
The company also plans to release the productive model A-Class with the AMG badge, which 2018-2019 Mercedes-Benz will equip a turbocharged 4-cylinder engine with an expected capacity of more than 300 horsepower and sporty modified suspension.
